Dr. Yeung serves as a nursing consultant for mental health at Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s School of Nursing, the academic degree officer of the Hong Kong College of Mental Health Nursing, the external examiner for Open University of Hong Kong’s Division of Nursing and Health Studies, the Vice Chairman of the Association of Hong Kong Care Professionals, and also serves on the Preparatory Committee at the Hong Kong Academy of Nursing.

He has lead mental care reform while serving as the Hospital Authority General Manager, and while serving as a nursing school principle. While serving on the Preparatory Committee at the Hong Kong Academy of Nursing, Dr. Yeung was an organizer of a group of specialists for continuing nursing education.

Dr. Yeung is passionate about enhancing mental health services and education, especially for the development and promotion of community mental health. In 2005, he received Master Degrees in Law and Forensic Pathology, and degrees in nursing, economics, and law in Hong Kong and in England.
